At the heart of the BLITZ MISTING FAN system is a specially designed high-quality high-pressure pump that provides 800-1000 PSI at very low rates. This misting system also allows for two satellite misting fans attached with quick connects with a high-pressure line to the pump.
The BLITZ MISTING 24" Fan is rated at 8000 CFM, so it can provide the necessary water volume and forced air velocity to evaporate the "high-pressure mist" generated by the high-pressure pump.
The BLITZ MISTING FAN is built with only he best components in the marketplace including a CAT pump and a state of the art filteration system. Working in conjunction with a large fan manufacturer our engineers designed the High-Pressure Misting Fan using high-tech 3D CAD engineering software. We fabricate, metal stamp, powder coat and assemble the BLITZ MISTING FAN at the factory in the USA. THIS BIG FOGG MISTING FAN IS BETTER PRODUCT THAN ANY OF OUR COMPETITORS WHO SELL A SIMILAR MISTING FAN AT TWICE THE COST.
SPECIFICATIONS:
FAN: High-performance industrial 24 & 30 inch oscillating misting fans producing up to 8600 CFM. The fan motor has three speeds, is totally enclosed and had permanently lubricated split capacitor. Fan has a three way TOGGLE SWITCH to turn to the MIST/FAN / FAN ONLY or OFF position.
MISTING PUMP: 5 GPM, 115 V, 60 hertz Industrial CAT (TM) pump. The misting pump comes with a two-year warranty. Automatic low-pressure shutoff so misting pump will not be operational without water, this prevents the misting pumps from seizing.
Misting Pump operates at 1000 PSI and has a 5 micron filtration system to decrease misting nozzle clogging.
MISTING RING: Stainlees Steel Misting Ring with 8 misting nozzles. The arc for the misting nozzles are welded and operates up to 3500 PSI. These are not the inexpensive slip-lok fittings that come apart at high pressure misting levels.
BLITZ SATELLITE MISTING FANS: The satellite misting fan works off the same pricinipals of "flash evaporation" and therefore reduces the ambient air temperature by 30 degrees without wetness.
The Big Fogg Satellite High-Pressure Misting Fan is built to work in conjunction with the BLITZ FANCART MISTING FAN. The unit comes with 25 feet of high-pressure line that includes easy-to-use high-quality female quick connects that attach to the male quick connects on the BLITZ Fancart Misting Fan. This is an unique feature to Big Fogg Misting Fans since most of our competitors require you to purchase their separate misting pump unit to use with each of their misting fans. The BLITZ MISTING FAN unit will operate (1) one or (2) two Satellite Misting Fan units.
